I have started myself a little blog, somewhere to share my love of cooking for family and friends. Technology is not my strong point ( understatement) so please be patient with me! I am not professionally trained just a wife to one and a mum to two boys that eat me out of house and home! Added to this I love to cook and my cook book collection is extensive to say the least, my family would probably say I have a cook book addiction!! My husband is obviously happy about this as he gets well fed and we don't have a house full of shoes!!! I will be sharing what recipes have worked as written and where I have tweaked them if I feel they needed it. Also good dinner party food and cook ahead dinners to give you time to spend with guests. Who hasn't had dinner party panics and disasters?!
